Ready for Indoor Dining?

On January 22nd, Governor Whitmer stated that bars and restaurants can open to 25% capacity.  But what exactly does that mean, and what are the restrictions?

Restaurants and bars are able to open to 25% capacity starting February 1st, but they have to collect contact information from their diners.  Having this contact information makes it easier to trace a person that may have had COVID-19 (Michigan: Restaurants Can Open at 25% Capacity, With Curfew).

People who want to dine out have to make sure to be out of the building by 10:00pm.  The new order has made it so bars and restaurants have a new closing curfew (Michigan: Restaurants Can Open at 25% Capacity, With Curfew).

Furthermore, food establishments can take part in a new state ventilation-inspection program, through which they would be certified as optimizing airflow, according to David Eggert of US News.  Whitmer is having the restaurants that participate reimbursed.  

Equally important but not restaurant related, 10 people of two different households can now be together, and the capacity at stadiums with more than 10,000 seats is raised to 500 (Michigan: Restaurants Can Open at 25% Capacity, With Curfew).   

This order is effective as of February 1st for a three week period, and it ends on February 21st to be reevaluated.
