Zoe’s Take on Life- Coronavirus

Zoe Marcum, Reporter

Quarantine. Everyone should know what that means, or so I thought. For the people unaware of what quarantine means, here is a quick definition from Google: “A quarantine is a restriction on the movement of people and goods which is intended to prevent the spread of disease”.

So, do not bring your whole family to Meijer for a grocery run when you know full well that you can go by yourself. Not only are you risking your health, you are risking your family’s health as well. What kind of parent would you be, if you brought your whole family to the gosh darn store! That also means do not throw a block party in your front yard! If you are determined to throw a party, tell your neighbors to go on their porch, turn your music up, and party like it is 1999.

Instead of talking to your friends and family face to face, use FaceTime. Not only does that protect you, but also the ones you love. If you really want to talk to someone and no one is available, plant some flowers and name them-they can be your new friends! So, do yourself a favor, save it for later! Quarantine now, and life will be greater.
