It is very important to stay in shape during this quarantine. Athletes are being forced to stay at home because gyms are not open at this time. Many athletes are trying to find challenging enough workouts to stay in shape and others may want to get in shape during this stressful time. So take a couple of minutes each day to work out and be happy.
